Brian And Tanya/Jacks 3rd show

Dawn and I ran into Brian and Tanya at Jack's 3rd show.  We did there wedding back in May.  They had a great 1st dance (choreographed) and the wedding was a blast.  As you can see they always dress for a party.

Jacks 3rd show comments:  Billy Idol stole the show with his energy.  He bounced around on stage with pictures of himself going on the monitors.  Mony Mony rocked the crowd as well as Rebel Yell=its great to see 50 year olds in the crowd going crazy.  REO Speedwagon was very solid==most of the songs were crowd pleasers=Twisted Sister==well what can ya say==Were not gonna take it and I wanna Rock==2 hit wonder with shock rock mouths.  Blondie==Debra Harry is looking 60==although i think she is 58.  It was tough hearing her=the band played louder as she had trouble hitting her notes.  I still enjoyed Rapture and Heart of Glass.  Devo==we left as they were playing We Are Devo==not a fan==I just like whip it.
Overall it was a nice day off with Dawn and good to see the 80's still rock.

Rich and Stacy Dunning

Rich and Stacy sent some pictures and a nice comment from there wedding at the Pacific Edge.  We love pictures and comments

Stacy  & Rich Dunning

James and Michelle

This wedding was at the Newport Marriott.  James and Michelle had a cool Sword Ceremony for there Grand Entrance.  They Passed through the swords as they entered there Reception.
This wedding reception had a photo booth and the Crowd sang to the Bride and Groom to get them to Kiss.

Garrett and Audrey

The Chart House in Dana Point is a great venue.  Your wedding is right over the Dana Point harbor.  Garrett and Audrey were big disney fans and had each table labeled as a Disneyland ride.
The Ceremony had everything==including Veil Ceremony.  Here are a couple of pictures.

Rich and Stacy

I enjoyed this couple.  Rich is a San Diego Padre fan almost did not hire me==as I am a die hard Dodger Fan.  We had video and tons of interaction.  This was a party crowd and they reacted to all of the current hits==Low=Apple Bottom Jeans was the big hit of the night.
We had advice dollars and the guests all got involved giving advice to our bride and groom

Barry and Jennifer revisited

Barry sent me this great picture of there recessional==I was working the board and never noticed that they did a fist pump.  We do tons of weddings each year and this one had to be one of my favorites.  Once again==Jen and Barry did love story and even had home made cookies for the guests!!  Here is that classic picture of the Fist Pump!!

Mario and Cherryanne

This was a wild wedding.  The bride and groom did a 10 song first dance.  I will include the link at the bottom of the page.  The person that shot the video did it side ways--but you will get the idea.  Mario and Cherryanne had advice dollars and had great crowd interaction!!

Cherryanne sent me this comment about her wedding day.

Hi Todd! Thank you for making our wedding run so smoothly and for making it "ghettofab" !  Everyone that I have talked to said that my wedding was the most fun they've had at a wedding.  We loved that we got to be so involved in the music selection.  We are definitely reccommending you to all of our friends and family:-)

Brianna's Sweet 16th Birthday Party--Sept 13, 2008

Take 25 teens, good food, great music and a big beautiful home, and you have Brianna's 16th birthday party!  The party was held at Brianna's home, that has a wrap-around yard and a lagoon style pool.  Mom,  Christy and Dad,  Larry had it well decorated with outdoor lanterns and a hawaiian theme.  When the kids first got there at 6pm, we did a little singing on the wireless  mic to some classic rock.  Then the dancing started, and I got requests for anything from Rick Astley to Mika to Queen.  After dinner, Brianna was roasted and the candles were blown out to her friend A.J. singing an acopello version of Happy Birthday to You. The balloons were opened and helium was inhaled--and there were a lot of 'chipmunks' singing.  We danced some more, and there were some dedications from Christy to Brianna, we did the Cha Cha Slide and YMCA, and then the teens started jumping in the pool.....in their clothes.  Before long, all but 4 were drenched and cold, and warmed up by dancing until their parents picked them up at 10pm.

Courtside Catering, The OC Wedding Pros and a wedding

Debra and Daniel got married this last Saturday at Rancho San Clemente Tennis Club. Kathy is Debra's mom who happens to be the coordinator for the club, actually the catering department is called, Courtside Catering, They have awesome food, an amazing staff and is one of South Counties best kept secrets. This event had four vendors working that are members of The OC Wedding Pros. There was DJ Todd of emobilemusic.com, Courtside Catering, Videographer Harvey Tarango and of course Photographer Joe of broccardophoto.com. It is awesome when we get to work with so many vendors that we have worked with before. To view the slideshow click here.

Joy and Tim's beach wedding-Sept.6th, 2008

What a gorgeous day for a beach wedding at the Pacific Edge!!  The bride and groom actually got married right on the beach, to the right of the Pacific Edge.  All went well, and for guest interaction, we did the kissing game and a trivia game that Joy and Tim had written.  Joy's dad, Harry, had put together a video montage with music for all to watch before all the formal dances.  By 8:15pm, the dance party started.  It got pretty wild, and Dawn got some "different" special requests all night.  The bridal party had a thing for the movies Dirty Dancing and Grease, so they did a little karaoke with our wireless mike and reenacted the scenes from the songs.  One of the groomsmen threw $1s and $5s at Dawn because he said he was having a blast.  Definately an event where there was an excess of alcohol.  The party probably went on into the wee hours well after Dawn had packed up and left.

DJ System

At EMM we use only the best equipment for your events.  Here are a few pictures of what happens from behind the DJ console. We use a Macintosh computer with Serrato Scratch, (industry standard for club DJs), we also use PCVJ software for mixing music videos and autoplay for cocktail hours and Dinners.  JBL EON speakers are the best in the industry and we bring at least 2 to every event.  For our Toasts, speeches and company functions we use SHURE MICROPHONES.  We subscribe to Promo Only and Full Tilt Remix for our music and videos.  Subscription services give us the latest  music with radio edits.  We put your music that you pick over 3 hard drives.  Backup is very important to us!!!!!

Bonnie and Dylan's beach wedding

This wedding took place at Dylan's parents beachhouse in Capo Beach.  It was a gorgeous, hot, and windy day.  The wedding was delayed by exactly 1 hour due to traffic on the 5 Fwy south.  The ceremony was on the beach with a giant tent for the guests to sit under.  Later, the chairs were removed and dinner tables were placed under the tents for dinner on the beach.  The caterer and coordinator, Teresa, was amazing and I highly recommend her.  Chef David prepared a wonderful menu with a salad featuring his signature Vanilla Bean salad dressing.  Yum!  Cocktails were flowing, especially two specialty drinks created just for the event, the most popular being a "bird" martini.  The dance party after the cake cutting was the best ever!  We played music from the 80s, 90s and current hits.  The guests had such a great time that I was asked to stay an hour and a half overtime.

Joyce and Joji

I really enjoyed this wedding.  Joyce and Joji did there wedding at the Chart House in Dana Point.
The couple have a love for Disneyland and the tables reflected Disneyland rides.  We had a slide show and all of the formal dances.  Here is a picture of us at the Chart House.

Ann and Nate's turquoise Pacific Edge wedding July 19, 2008

What a beautiful day it was in Laguna Beach for this wedding, and the Pacific Edge was decorated beautifully in turquoise and white.  Ann's dad sang a song during the ceremony, and the groom read a heartfelt, handwritten poem for his new bride.  The event went as planned without a hitch, and then it was to kick off the party....The crowd danced the entire night, one of their highlights being the groom and groomsmen performing the YMCA, then the bride and bridesmaids performing the YWCA.  At the end of the night, the crowd on the dancefloor was chanting for me to keep playing--"DJ!...., DJ!....,DJ!"....at the top of their lungs, and they even passed around a hat to collect money for me to play another hour......All in all, a really fun wedding!!!

Temecula Leonesse winery wedding June 21, 2008

One of the hottest days of the year in Temecula, reaching almost 115 degrees, it did not put a damper on Candice and Adam's wedding.  The backdrop of the winery was absolutely gorgeous, and the wedding was class all the way. The staff was efficient and made sure that there was ice water pouring continuously, in addition to the wine of course.  The groom was dressed in his Army finest and bride looked stunning.  This was an outdoor event, so the heat melted the cake and it leaned like the Tower of Pisa, but we quickly did the cake cutting ceremony, and all was good!!  It was still in the 100s when the music kicked the party off.  Didn't matter--everyone danced and had a great time!
